Quality Results

As a 501©3 nonprofit animal rescue, PAWSitive Chances is dedicated to working with as many local veterinarians to reduce the number of homeless cats in our community through spay and/or neuter.

Experienced

Contra Costa County trappers share their tools and tricks to trapping elusive cats. Help them to continue their education with a donation today.

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR)

TNR is focused on returning the spayed and/or neutered cats to the colonies where they came from, and preventing future kittens from suffering. The community cats get to live their best life outside without the threat and danger reproduction brings, and suffering of future animals is prevented simply through TNR. TNR is truly a win-win situation.

Colony Management

How do you know if a community cat has been sterilized? Just look for the ear tip! Our volunteer colony caretakers are on the lookout for lost/abandoned cats without a ear tip. They focus on trapping those while feeding the sterilized cats.
