Types of Traps
What is the right trap for the job? Live Traps are the standard cage to trap community cats. Learn how to set and bait a Live Trap here. For the smart ones, or a Mama with kittens, then a Drop Trap is best. Learn how to use a Drop Trap here.
Recovery & Release
After your community cat has had TNR surgery, you will need to keep him/her overnight. As long as they are awake and alert, they can be released to the same spot they were trapped the next day. If you can keep the female for a bit longer, then a Recovery Cube set up is needed.
